Who We Are
HomeSecurityFX exists to make residential protection practical. We do not sell a box of gadgets and leave you to guess the wiring. We study how people enter the property, which rooms stay empty during the day, and which openings are easy to force. Then we specify cameras, locks, sensors, and notification rules that match that pattern.
Our technicians are trained on both low-voltage installation and the software that families actually use. That combination matters: a perfectly mounted camera that nobody can arm from a phone is only half a system. We stay until adults in the household can lock doors, silence false alerts, and review clips without calling us every evening.
A typical engagement begins with a conversation about recent concerns: packages taken from a porch, a shared rental entrance, a garden that is dark after sunset, or a lock that too many people have copied. We treat those stories as design inputs, not as sales objections.
During the on-site visit we photograph likely camera fields of view, measure cable runs, and test wireless strength where a wire is not practical. You receive a written proposal listing every device, why it sits where it sits, and what alerts you should expect in a normal week versus an unusual week.
Installation days are scheduled so someone from the household can approve camera angles before we close the ladders. We label indoor sensors, pair remotes, and create user profiles so teenagers, caregivers, and owners do not share a single password.
After handover we remain available for angle tweaks, extra rooms, and seasonal checks when foliage starts to trigger outdoor motion. Protection is a living setup, and we plan for that from the first quote.
