Hardware without careful placement is a false comfort. Every paid package includes mounting, weather sealing where needed, network configuration, and a live test of alerts on your phone before we leave. We walk through arming, disarming, and what a genuine alert looks like compared with a passing animal or a swaying branch.
If your home already has cameras from another brand, we can often keep working devices and fill the gaps instead of forcing a full replacement. The survey will state what can stay, what should move, and what should be retired because it no longer records usable night footage.
Monthly figures cover monitoring features, clip storage, and support as described in each column. They do not include third-party internet service. You remain free to change plan after a written request; unused prepaid time is handled as described in our Terms & Services.
