Install & Configure is the service that turns a box of cameras and locks into something a family will actually arm. We start with a marked-up floor sketch, confirm power and network at each point, then mount hardware so it stays true through heat, rain, and the occasional slammed door.
Configuration is treated as seriously as drilling. Device names match rooms, motion zones ignore busy streets, and notification schedules respect night-time sleep. Admin rights stay with the people who should have them. Guest codes expire. Shared passwords are replaced with individual logins before we leave.
When the last clip plays back correctly on the household phones, we still do a second pass: ladder check on outdoor glands, siren test at a neighbor-friendly volume, and a written sheet of what each beep or banner means. That sheet is what stops the system being muted a week later.
